Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at bkdelorean@mail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions from there.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
