Processing Time All orders are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Total delivery time is typically 5-7 business days from the date of order.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Delays Blacaveli is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. During peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
